Biblioplan - "BiblioPlan is a family-friendly guide designed for a chronological study of world history. Our plans integrate quality historical literature with Biblical and secular history in a format that is easy to follow and requires minimal parent preparation. It is designed so that all the children you are schooling are studying the same period of history at the same time, and doing so at their own level."

Cadron Creek Unit Studies - home of the Prairie Primer (studies the Little House on the Prairie Series), Further Up and Further In (study of the Chronicles of Narnia series and Where the Brook and River Meets (studies the Victorian Era using Anne of Green Gables)
Calvert School - "school in a box for K-8" - Complete, accredited homeschooling programs, assessment, educational support, and testing services.
Christian Cottage Unit Studies - IMHO, these are similar to Tapestry of Grace in the way they are laid out, but less academic and more hands-on. The best thing about them are the projects, games, recipes, and other hands-on activities in each study.
Classical Home Education - complete packages by grade level following the Classical Method of homeschooling
Covenant Home - offers Classical Christian curriculum for K-12
Five in a Row - has several different studies for ages 2-12+. Uses literature to teach social studies, science, geography, language, art and applied math.
Guerber History books by Nothing New Press and adapted by Christine Miller - from the website, "The engaging narratives that followed are richly detailed accounts of the lives and times of the most important people of the period, arranged chronologically. The people are placed within the context of their times, and their history is presented with interesting background information so that the entire narrative flows as a single, unbroken story. Dates are given in the narrative where they are known; the pronunciation of place and personal names is carefully marked at its first encounter in the text; and illustrations abound. The text includes maps, a comprehensive timeline of all the persons and events encountered in the history, and a complete bibliography and index round out the book."
Hands and Hearts History Kits - a WONDERFUL supplement for those of us who want hands-on projects for our children, but don't want to have to come up with the ideas ourselves! From the website, "A complete hands-on kit with science, art, math, cultural, language, and worldview activities. Includes our exclusive Bible Truths memory cards and reproducible notebook pages." Kits cover the following topics: Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece and Rome, Middle Ages, Early American History, Westward Expansion, and even an individual Panning for Gold kit.
Historical Happenings - Making History FUN! This not a curriculum, but the site "specializes in historical toys, clothing, and accesories to aid in recreating history."
History Magazine - This magazine picks up where Learning Through History leaves off as it's geared for middle school on up (some parents may wish to view the contents of each issue as some topics are more suitable for older children!). You can order ALL of the back issues (30 total) for $50 including shipping ... retail is $125!! For a complete listing of back issue topics (either by issue or alphabetically), click here! From the website, "History Magazine opens a window on the past, providing compelling stories about how our world became the place it is today. In the pages of History Magazine, you'll discover thrilling stories of exploration, invention, innovation and conflict, and learn about the development of government, medicine, technology, trade, the arts and the art of war. Written from a North American perspective, History Magazine's articles are clear, informative and insightful, and supported by colorful maps and illustrations. History Magazine breathes life into the stories of the past, telling tales of both pivotal moments and everyday life with passion and spirit."
Learning Adventures - Unit study approach; Volume available so far include A WORLD OF ADVENTURE which covers Ancient Egypt through the Age of Exploration (approx. 2300 B.C. to A.D. 1600) and A NEW WORLD OF ADVENTURE which covers the years 1600-1800. The remaining three books in the Learning Adventures series will cover the following periods: WESTWARD AND ONWARD (Book 3) - 1800-1860 A NATION TORN AND MENDED (Book 4) - 1860-1900 ADVENTURES IN A MODERN WORLD (Book 5) - The 20th century
Learning Through History - This is NOT a curriculum exactly. It's a wonderful magazine which you could use as the basis for creating your own history study! From the website, "In each issue, we showcase a new historical theme, ranging from Ancient Egypt to Medieval Times to the Victorian Era to the Great Depression and beyond. All material in an issue relates to the title theme - so you can tie your history, literature and arts together easily." This is a website every homeschooling family should check out!
Lessons from History - Lessons From History is a tool to organize your study of history through biographies. Lessons From History organizes a time period around a person or event, and provides a biography list. Handy book lists, hands-on projects, discussion questions, etc. make this a complete program, plus it is affordable. There is also a supplement called The Art Part which includes projects to accompany the units of history.
Memoria Press's Introduction to Classical Studies - study about Rome and Greece
My Father's World - "Combines the best of Charlotte Mason's ideas and classical education with a Biblical worldview, an international focus and our own observations of how children learn."
Mystery of History - a multi-level Bible based history curriculum that doesn't separate church history from state history
Night Owl Creations Unit Studies - There are 15 units available at this time, each with clear objectives for grades K-2, 3-5, and 6-8. The units integrate history, science, geography, literature, art, creative writing, and music all presented from a Christian worldview.

Sonlight Curriculum - "school in a box" ... very popular and provides a good education; heavily focused on reading lots of good literature

Story of the World - geared towards grades 1-4, but easily adaptable for upper grades. The link will take you to the author's publishing site where you can purchase the curriculum. However, I know that as much as families would like to support the author, many are on a budget. You can purchase these materials at a discount from Amazon.com, Overstock.com and SuperBookDeals.com (do a search for "Susan Wise Bauer" to see all available products) - usually the cheapest source for the books, activity books and books on cd!
Tanglewood School Curriculum - combines Classical Education and the Charlotte Mason Approach for grades K-8.
