I don't even want to think how much money I have invested in the various sets of graphics that I have used to decorate my blogs and my websites. I just love pretty things, I guess, and find it difficult to NOT buy a pretty new set of graphics. If I had half the talent that these artists do, I would be so happy! Someday, I would love to try to draw my own, but until then, I'll keep collecting beautiful graphics and support these original artists as well! One thing that I have learned is that artists put a lot of themselves - their creativity and their time - into their art. I have put special scripts on my pages to try to make it more difficult for someone to copy a graphic. This is done on purpose per the requests of most of the artists that I have bought graphics from. Some of the general rules are to respect copyright and to place a link to the artist on the page that their graphics are displayed. There is a great write-up that we should all read.
